SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉

1. No Returns or Exchanges (Perishable Goods)
All products sold by SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉 are perishable raw pork food products. For food safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect selection by customer, taste/preference/suitability, or products that have been opened, handled, stored, frozen, thawed, cooked, or consumed. This policy is strictly enforced.
2. Limited Exceptions – Merchant Error at Delivery Only
Refunds or replacements will be considered only if SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉 is solely responsible for the issue and is present at the point of delivery. Eligible cases are limited to: wrong item(s) delivered, missing item(s), or product clearly spoiled at the time of delivery. No other situations will be considered.
3. Mandatory Reporting Window (Strict)
Any eligible issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 24 hours will be automatically rejected. To submit a claim, customers must email sgxiaoxianrou@gmail.com with the order number/proof of purchase and clear, timestamped photographs of the product, original packaging, and delivery condition. Failure to provide complete evidence will result in claim rejection.
4. No Liability After Successful Delivery
Once an order is marked as successfully delivered, all risk, responsibility, and liability transfer to the customer. We are not responsible for any issues arising from delayed receipt, customer unavailability, failure to refrigerate immediately, improper storage/handling, or exposure to unsuitable temperatures after delivery. No refunds or replacements will be provided in such cases.
5. Failed Delivery & Delivery Deferrals (No Refund)
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the recipient's unavailability at the delivery location, or unreachable contact details, the order will be deemed a failed delivery. Due to the perishable nature of the products, no refunds, replacements, or redeliveries will be issued.
If SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉 is unable to complete delivery within the scheduled day due to high order volume, operational constraints, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery will be deferred to the next available working day. Such delivery deferral shall not be considered a failed delivery, delay, or breach, and does not entitle the customer to any refund, cancellation, or compensation, provided reasonable care is taken in handling and storage of the products before delivery.
6. Refund Method (If Approved)
If a claim is approved at our sole discretion, refunds will be issued only to the original payment method. Processing time is up to 10 business days, subject to bank/payment provider timelines. No cash refunds will be provided.
7. Exclusion to the Maximum Extent Permitted by Singapore Law
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Singapore, SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉 disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, excludes all implied warranties beyond those that cannot be lawfully excluded, and limits remedies strictly to refund or replacement at our discretion, where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under Singapore law.
8. Final Decision
All refund or replacement decisions made by SG Xiao Xian Rou 小鲜肉 are final and binding, subject only to non-excludable rights under Singapore law.
