All products sold are perishable raw pork items. No deliveries are made on Mondays. Delivery dates and time windows are estimates only and subject to operational constraints. Customers must be available to receive orders and ensure immediate refrigeration upon delivery. Risk and responsibility transfer to the customer upon successful delivery. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or unreachable contact details are non-refundable. In the event delivery cannot be completed within the scheduled day due to operational constraints, delivery will be deferred to the next working day without entitlement to refund or compensation.
本店所售商品均为生鲜猪肉产品，恕不提供星期一配送服务。所有配送日期及时间仅为预计时间，可能因运营安排而有所调整。顾客须确保配送时有人接收，并于收货后立即冷藏。订单成功送达后，风险及责任即转移至顾客。因地址错误、收件人不在或无法联系而导致的配送失败，恕不退款。如因运营原因无法于当天完成配送，订单将顺延至下一个工作日配送，且不构成违约，亦不提供退款或赔偿。
