Our fresh meats are sold based on actual weight.
Slight differences in weight and final pricing are normal.

Once the meat has been cut, sliced, minced, or otherwise processed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Orders placed on Sundays or Mondays will be processed on the next available business day.

We are CLOSED every Monday and there will be no deliveries.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, traffic conditions, or events beyond our control.
If delivery fails due to:

The order will be deemed a failed delivery, and no refund, redelivery, or replacement will be provided.

Genuine issues with an order or product will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.
While reasonable care is taken to maintain cold-chain conditions during delivery, risk transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Please refrigerate or freeze your products promptly upon receiving them to maintain freshness and quality.
